Los Angeles County Real Estate Market Sees Sales Decline | Published: 6/24/2016 | Homesnap Real...

In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Los Angeles County market fell to 5,854 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 2.5% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. Within the same time period, San Diego County had 3,164 sales, the most of all counties in the area. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Los Angeles County, with the median for this period rising from $559,900 to $560,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Los Angeles County is a seller's market.
