It looks like Manny Pacquiao is already spending the money from his upcoming fight with Floyd Mayweather.The fighter has his eyes on a seven bedroom house in Beverly Hills that used to belong to Jennifer Lopez. The 10,000-square-foot estate is listed for $12.5 million and has a home theater that's perfect for fight nights, a chef's kitchen, two huge walk-in closets, a "resort-like" backyard with patios and a pool, and other rich people stuff.
